In this role, you take the central responsibility for the smooth operation of the property and ensure that all processes interact reliably and structuredly. You also keep track of different requirements, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure that both events and ongoing processes are implemented professionally.

You take over the operational coordination of the ongoing operation of a representative property and ensure a smooth running in the daily business You control a small team of internal employees and provide structured processes through predictive deployment planning You act as a central interface between internal areas and external service providers and coordinate all relevant voting processes You accompany events, care for interested parties and ensure professional implementation on site You take over selected organizational tasks in the private environment of the owners

Completed training or studies - idally in the field of facility management, real estate, hotel industry, event management Professional experience in coordinating processes, operating real estate, venues or in a comparable environment Experience in the management of service providers and in dealing with different internal and external contact persons Structured, independent and pragmatic mode of operation as well as the ability to keep track of changing and low-standard requirements Sovereign and binding occurrence and a high degree of discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility
