As a team assistant (w/m/d) of the Finance department, you are a central support of our location in Stuttgart and contribute significantly to ensuring the efficiency and quality of our financial processes. Through your proactive, structured and service-oriented way of working, you can create the organizational requirements so that our finance team can optimally fulfill its strategic and operational tasks. Operational and organizational support of the finance team as well as management in day-to-day business – from predictive appointment and task coordination to efficient support for projects Preparing, organizing and preparing meetings, workshops and internal voting Designing and optimising presentations, reports and decision-making templates – with particular focus on the use of AI-based tools and innovative design approaches Central interface and competent contact person for internal departments as well as external partners and service providers Coordinate and optimise internal processes to ensure a smooth flow of information and communication

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in an assistance function in the financial environment or in the commercial sector Versified handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Experience in using AI-based tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva or similar) is a plus Creativity and creative skills in creating presentations and reports Embossed organisational strength, high sense of responsibility and a structured working style Joy of work in a dynamic team and the ability to keep an overview even in an agile environment Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
