You support our employees and executives in all labour and human rights issues and encourage trusted cooperation by conducting personal talks to promote the well-being and development of our employees. You accompany the entire staff cycle – from setting to exit – including the complete recruiting process for professionals and managers. Take care of the job advertisement, the selection of the best recruiting channels and the successful onboarding of new colleagues to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You take care of the creation and management of all contracts, contract changes, certificates and certificates while mastering the administrative tasks in the personnel administration. In addition, you create evaluations and work closely with the pay bill and the time economy. You'll be working closely with external partners such as service providers, professional schools and other organizations.
