You support our customer knowledge in the Lidl world for 6 months from August onwards. ... that means: Close cooperation with the country supervisors in the processing of subprojects to promote customer loyalty at Lidl Plus Working with the design and implementation of international standards for our national companies Optimization of CRM measures through success measurements (e.g. A/B tests and structured reporting) Planning and creation of creative and data-based content (e.g. international seasonal campaigns) Preparation of presentations for different interfaces within the company Bringing your own ideas to optimize existing processes of Lidl Plus

Studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or comparable degree programme Ideally first experience through internships or student work activities in the CRM or marketing or international environment Communication strength Joy of working with key figures Very good handling of MS Office Very good German and good English skills
