Development of a trade representative organisation and distribution of partners for B2C sales Recruitment of new traders and active participation in the onboarding process of self-employed distributors Responsibility for the selection, training and further training of consultants, team leaders and mentors in the external structure

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualifications Experience in direct distribution and control of direct distribution organisations Entrepreneurship and customer-oriented personality Quality of leadership with a high level of entry and the ability to inspire people of different mentality and hierarchical levels internally and externally Versified handling of MS Office Enforcement and communication strength High analytical capacity, problem-solving competence and implementation orientation Excellent organizational capacity and effective self-management Class B driver's licence, as well as availability of travel in the field (80 %)
