HR Manager (m/w/d)

Head of department as well as motivation and individual further development of employees Responsibility for the employee lifecycle (including implementation in daily business): Recruiting, contract design, onboarding, development and exit Contact persons for employees and executives in personal, labour law and individual questions – also for our subsidiary Development, implementation and improvement of innovative HR concepts and strategies active participation in operational HR topics (including payroll accounting) Conduct and implementation as well as independent implementation of HR projects Close and trusting cooperation with the management and the works council

Successfully completed economic studies with a focus Personnel management, economic psychology or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional and leadership experience in personnel, preferably in Production environment, as well as experience in wage and salary accounting Structured, solution-oriented working and good knowledge of labour law Communication strength, decision-making and enforcement Loyalty and trustworthiness in handling sensitive business data Very good English skills in word and writing as well as very good knowledge in MS-Office
