In your role, you will lead the team leaders of the special construction sector to industrial trucks, provide predictive planning and implement strategic requirements of the department management in effective operational measures. You analyze production and assembly processes in the special machine and small-scale production environment, develop workflows, layouts and assembly concepts, and conduct optimizations that improve throughput times, quality, productivity and time accuracy. At the same time, you advocate a uniform understanding of leadership and process, support team leaders interdisciplinary topics, resource bottlenecks and priority conflicts. The close coordination with the teams of design, work preparation, purchasing, quality and serial support are your everyday life as well as the coordination of the production implementation of development, change and customer projects. You create transparency about production performance, participate in the industrialization of new products and accompany ongoing product changes and variant care. You will also ensure order, cleanliness and all the requirements for work, health, environmental and fire protection and bring you into KV, Lean and 5S processes.

Completed studies, ideally in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, as an alternative a comparable training with additional training Long-term professional experience in a similar position as well as disciplinary and professional leadership experience (ideally in the direction of team and group leaders in serial production) Knowledge of Lean Management Methods Very good German and good English skills Routine with MS Office and SAP knowledge A predictive, analytical way of thinking, eagerness to decision, ability to conflict, skills of communication, team orientation and enthusiasm
