As a central interface to the international finance team, you work closely with local colleagues and teams in the EMEA region and contribute significantly to stable financial processes, efficient receivable management and transparent cash flow. In this role, you are responsible for key tasks in the field of debitor accounting and receivable management and ensure that payment inputs, open items and customer communication are efficiently controlled: Monitoring and booking of payment inputs and implementation of bank balances Creation and management of invoices, credits and customer statements Analysis of open items and creation of Aged Debt reports Own-responsible dunning and voting of payment agreements clarification of differences, deductions and complaints with international customers Close cooperation with internal teams such as sales, customer service and finance Creation of relevant reports and participation in the optimization of processes and workflows

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of BWL, Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Accounting At least 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable / Debitor Bookkeeping Very good MS-Excel knowledge (e.g. pivot tables and data analysis) Experience with ERP systems Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage Line 500 or Salesforce Flowing German and English knowledge (min.
