Educators wanted for the crèche/elementary sector (m/f/d)

On the slope, with a wide view over the beautiful Usingen, our WABE-Kita is located with high-quality functional spaces in which we care for up to 160 children. We are open to all children, participative and inclusive. The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as a teacher. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus. For our Kita ''Am Dornbusch'' we are looking for you as an educational first force for our crib and elementary children: You accompany our children in the individual kita everyday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Your work is based on the needs of the children as part of our current care periods (07:00 - 17:00). You promote the development of children's personality through offers in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation. You are an expert in an educational focus or develop this and inspire the children with your theme.

A completed training as an educator or a comparable degree in accordance with the HessKiföG Children's Funding Act is absolutely necessary. A focus in an education area is desirable, but we do not presuppose it. Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
