Customer support and acquisition: You are responsible for corporate customers as well as all local, real estate and special customers in the corporate customer sector. You act as the first contact for top customers, build a network and acquire new customers. Strategic tasks: You decisively shape the orientation of our special financing team with the construction and further development of consortial business, structured financing and other future business areas. Control of department: You tax the Corporate Finance department, including target planning, credit risk management and quality assurance. Process optimization and development: You work on the development of new processes and concepts to improve the efficiency and quality of the department and to act as a stimulus for adjacent areas of expertise. That's what you bring: You have a degree in economics, a qualification for the qualified savings banks/bank business operator (m/w/d) or a comparable training You have deep know-how in finance, in particular in corporate customer business, credit business, financing forms and corporate assessment You bring a proven leadership experience and many years of experience in corporate customer business You are strong in communication and have negotiation skills as well as a high degree of self-initiative and sense of responsibility We offer you: Payment: Transparency through the public service agreement of savings banks and up to 13.8 salaries.
