Tasks Your new tasks You control the strategic energy and CO2 transformation: you derive energy and CO2 targets from the group's targets and cascade them at company, regional and location levels. In doing so, you develop the metric number system and are responsible for the energy controlling for about 250 devices. You are responsible for the energy management system: As designated:r Energy Officer:r according to DIN EN ISO 50001, you ensure the maintenance of certification and accompany internal audits as well as certification procedures. You design the energy project portfolio: you identify, prioritize and tax energy projects – from smart metering and photovoltaics to charging infrastructure and lighting to heating management and contracting. You take responsibility for budget and earnings: You tax the budget for Group-wide energy measures and evaluate or approve business cases, savings forecasts as well as funding and financing models. You keep track of regulatory and reporting: you ensure compliance with energy requirements and control the energy-related CSRD and EU taxionomy reporting. You also define the contents of the energy reports in Power BI. You connect central and operational areas: You work closely with Purchasing and Facility Management to ensure a consistent implementation in the facilities and manage the annual energy saving campaign as well as energy training.

Requirements That's what you bring You have a degree in energy engineering, environmental engineering, utility technology, economic engineering or a comparable qualification and brings with you several years of experience in energy management – ideally in a multi-site environment. You have well-founded expertise in energy management, in particular energy controlling, EnPI systematics, energetic assessment (SEU, EnB) and ISO 50001; the qualification as energy manager: you bring or acquire it in the short term. A qualification as an energy auditor:in accordance with EDL-G/DIN EN 16247 is advantageous. You know the relevant regulatory requirements, in particular GEG and TEHG, as well as the basics of energy procurement; Knowledge in CSRD and EU-Taxonomy are a plus. You are economic and data affinity: you have experience with business cases, cost-effectiveness calculations and budget responsibility and work safely with Power BI and M365. You convince in a matrix organization: You are taxing issues across divisions, implementing measures without disciplinary authority and communicating safely with management and operational facilities. You work in a structured and result-oriented manner, follow measures consistently up to the proof of effectiveness and bring safe German and English, as well as the readiness for occasional service trips.
