You will take care of the competent telephone consultation and support of customers before, during and after booking on the subject of car rental and the worldwide correspondence with our international partners You don't leave yourself alone from demanding customer concerns - on the contrary! You can take this challenge and take care of a fast and satisfactory solution professionally You will independently process the wishes and bookings of our customers by e-mail and the associated administrative activities You take care of the customer-specific needs and offer individual assistance through competent and friendly product and service consulting You are actively working on developing our internal processes

Graduated commercial training ideally in the tourism sector (e.g. hotel/tourism/travel merchant (m/w/d)) Experiences in dialogue marketing or comparable professional experience from the tourist industry or in the car rental sector Enthusiasm, without eye contact - Serious and friendly appearance in telephone contact with our car rental customers Structured mode of operation, contact joy and customer orientation as well as fun in consultations, you still know well with the destinations of our car rental customers Very good communication skills, team skills, flexibility and self-responsibility to quickly achieve measurable results Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Excel), further knowledge of tourist software programs (e.g. Toma and Iris+) German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
