The corridor orientations are among the central infrastructure programs of the Deutsche Bahn. You create the conditions for an efficient, modern and sustainable railway infrastructure. In this function, a team working across locations is conducted professionally and the regional program control of the corridor orientations is responsible. The aim is to ensure a transparent, quality and timely control of complex, cross-border relationships. Your tasks: Professional leadership of a local team and promotion of the professional and personal development of employees Responsibility for the regional programme management of corridors including the continuous development of processes, methods and control instruments Analysis of program-relevant questions, as well as compilation of information and contributions from different areas to stressable evaluations, action options and decision templates Recording, evaluating and prioritizing work orders from programme management and bodies, defining responsibilities and ensuring the quality and timely implementation Design and further development of an effective programme governance with clear roles, responsibilities and decision-making and escalation paths Ensuring a transparent reporting system and a loadable control basis through the early identification of risks, dependencies and target deviations and the initiation of appropriate countermeasures Management of cross-area and business-field cooperation and ensuring a reliable flow of information between regional and central programme management, projects and other stakeholders:
