Trainer for the adaptation qualification of foreign skilled workers for electrical engineering professions (m/f/d)

As an honorary trainer:you are part of the dedicated team of our technology department of WBS TRAINING SE. You can flexibly support us in the implementation of our training offers and bring your expertise to our courses. In our actions, you prepare international professionals in the field of electrical engineering intensively, individually and in an appreciation learning atmosphere for professional recognition in Germany. The participants already have completed training or studies in electrical engineering, but are not yet familiar with the institutional, legal and occupational requirements of the German labour market. In your role as an honorary trainer:in practice you convey the lack of professional competences. You understand yourself as a knowledge mediator:in. This includes: The subject-related teaching in presence at the Dresden site. Preparation and implementation of teaching units based on the specified curriculum. The practical placement of electrotechnical foundations and technical contents. The implementation of learning target controls and competence growth measurements. The individual support of participants in the learning process. You have very good knowledge of the language of instruction German (at least C2 level).

You share our enthusiasm for supporting people in their professional integration and further development and bring your expertise with commitment. Your profile is characterized by: Knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical installation. Safe foundations and practical experience in electrotechnical applications. Knowledge in the field of occupational safety. Experience in Siemens LOGO! programming. Professional knowledge of the protection test according to DIN VDE. Basic knowledge in handling E-CAE programs (ideally EPLAN P8). First knowledge in PLC programming, in particular Siemens SPS. First educational experience or pleasure in knowledge transfer. Methodological-didactic skill and a clear, structured communication of content. An independent and reliable operation. Communication strength and joy in dealing with diverse learning groups.
