Change Manager IT / OT Systems – KRITIS Energy Networks (m/f/d)

As a change manager (w/m/d) for IT/OT systems, you are responsible for building, controlling and developing tools and processes of change management as well as the associated data and process integration of the IT/OT of our converter locations. You carry out the planning, coordination and follow-up of changes taking into account availability, security and regulatory requirements. In the day-to-day operating business, you work closely with internal departments, such as system and plant operations, cyber security or network construction projects, as well as external service providers. You moderate the Change Advisory Board and establish necessary interfaces at organisational and technical level. By ensuring and optimizing the processes and tools of change management, you ensure safe operation of critical infrastructure according to ISO 27001.

You have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. In addition to several years of professional experience in asset and change management, ideally in the IT and/or OT environment, you have well-founded knowledge of ITIL processes (certification of advantage). You convince with pronounced communication and moderation capabilities and are open to process participants. Their structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods promote cooperation in the team. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing and have a class B licence.
