Identity und Access Management Experte (m/w/d) Siltronic is one of the world's largest manufacturers of pure silicon wafers and partners of many leading chip manufacturers with around 4,400 employees and production facilities in Europe, Asia and the USA. We develop and manufacture wafers with a diameter of up to 300 mm. We are currently strengthening our team in Burghausen or Freiberg with an identity and access management expert (m/w/d) in full time. Working together to build and operate a new international identity and access management solution Conception, integration, support and optimization of identity and access management processes such as join, move or leave processes Participation in the development and realization of a system-independent roll concept for optimizing authorization assignment Strategic, conceptual and operational support in the expansion of the IAM system With the help of the inclusion and evaluation of new requirements

Complete study of computer science or business informatics or comparable training with multiannual professional experience in the field of identity and access management Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID of advantage Multiannual project experience desirable Team and communication skills, a strategic way of thinking and independent working as well as high commitment, readiness to use and enforcement Very good English skills in word and writing
