As a sales assistant in the field of corporate customers, you are the first point of contact for our customers and active links for our supervisors. Your tasks: Support of our corporate customer service providers: in the pre- and post-processing of customer talks as well as in the qualified processing of relevant information The processing of tasks from consulting talks is your responsibility as well as the coordination with internal disciplines while maintaining defined quality standards For our company customers: secure and coordinate customer appointments reliably and service-oriented Your task will also include service and consulting tasks related to account, maps, payment and electronic banking services With a good look for potentials, you set sales impulses, identify cross-selling chances and contribute to a complete and current data quality in customer stocks

Ideally, this distinguishes you: A completed banking training as well as ideally first experience in customer service or in customer consulting form the basis of your profile As an enthusiastic, empathic and communication-strong personality, you will be convincing and professional A customer- and sales-oriented thinking and action is of course for you Self-responsive, responsible and risk-conscious work connects you with a high solution orientation You bring a high level of organizational skills, reliability and team skills and keep an overview in a dynamic working environment Are you not sure if your profile fits completely?
