The essential difference to conventional kindergartens is that the supervised children with their caregivers spend the day of the kindergarten in the open nature. Outdoor activities take place in any weather; prefabricated toys are largely dispensed with. In addition, you work intensively with the parents of the children. They have a successfully completed educational training for the educatorin or nursein, ideally with forest kindergarten experience or an additional qualification in the field of natural education. They possess empathy, team capacity and sense of responsibility. They enjoy working with children, are weather-proof and inspire nature.
