IT administration and system operation: You design, operate and manage the active and passive infrastructure for the DMS including server/client environment and SQL database management with backup strategies. Helpdesk and ticket processing: You process IT queries to the DMS, perform error analyses for hardware and software problems, implement solutions and maintain users in DMS comments. Monitoring and emergency management: You implement and monitor monitoring systems, respond to system alarms, create emergency plans for system-critical failures and plan maintenance work to minimize downtime while ensuring availability and IT security of the DMS. Documentation and Knowledge Management: You document the DMS expert, collect all administrative procedures and ensure the availability of expertise for the team.
Qualification: You have a degree in computer science or IT management. Alternatively, you will bring an IT training with a very good degree and several years of professional experience. Technical knowledge: You bring experience in DMS assignment as well as in project and network work. Personal strengths: You are strong, self-initiative and communicative with reliable, independent working.
