Processing and Solution of Second Level Support Requests of Branches and Administration Analysis, Priority and Documentation of IT Posts Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components Administration and maintenance of terminals, clients and user accounts Microsoft-365 environment and network components Planning, monitoring and implementation of technical projects (e.g. rollouts, system migrations, infrastructure extensions) Cooperation with internal specialist departments and external service providers Support for standardization and optimization of IT processes
