In this role, you are in the middle of action and make an important contribution to smooth production. Whether you already have first professional experience or want to start fresh – here you are welcome! There is also a modern workplace in the continuous layer system. You should bring your language skills to B2 level at least.

• You serve machines and make a smooth production process.
• You perform tasks such as packaging, sorting and controlling products.
• You pay attention to compliance with quality and safety standards.
• You work closely with your team and support in general production tasks.

We are looking for

Are you motivated, reliable and looking for a job with regulated working hours? Perfect! This position does not require specific training, but you should bring some basic requirements:

• You speak German to at least B2 level so that the communication in the team runs smoothly.
• You bring willingness to work in the Conti layer system.
• You are physically resilient and like to be active.
• You work conscientiously, precisely and reliably.
• Ideally, you already have first experience in production, but this is not a prerequisite.
