Mechatronics Technician - Maintenance / Automation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the maintenance, inspection and repair of our production facilities and eliminate disturbances to ensure a smooth operation A focus of your work is the troubleshooting and optimization of PLC controls (e.g. Siemens, Beckhoff) as well as the improvement of our injection moulding processes (e.g. Arburg) You analyze existing processes, optimierst setup times and continuously work on the mechanical and electronic improvement of our machines to minimize standstills In close cooperation with the production and engineering, you will be working on new machines and tools and accompany their start-up phase

You have a completed training as a mechatronic:in, industrial electronics:in or in a comparable electrotechnical profession You bring first professional experience in automation technology and have already worked practically with PLC controls Ideally, you already have experience in the maintenance of special machines or in injection moulding technology – if not, this is not an obstacle You work independently, think analytic and enjoy working in complex technical systems Work in 3-shift operation fits well with your everyday life You speak fluently German to communicate safely with the team and the documentation
