Internship / Thesis Corporate Communications & Change Management (m/f/d)

Actively accompany the process of change: You support the project team in organising the SAP introduction. You will make impacts on different areas visible, recognise support needs and help strengthen company acceptance. Analyze and integrate target groups: You work out which areas which need support and develop appropriate communication and accompanying measures together with the team. Configure communication: You can easily prepare content for the introduction of SAP and help to convey information in a transparent and targeted manner. Design and implement formats: You can help design information and workshop formats and prepare content clearly, structured and practical. Recording feedback and reflecting changes: You are structuring feedback from the departments and helping to continuously develop communication and change.

Studies in the field of communication or organization: You study communication sciences, media, economy, psychology, economic psychology, organizational development or a comparable degree program. Interest in change processes: You want to understand how company-wide changes are being made, and you want to actively participate in a large project like the SAP introduction. Joy of communication: You have a good language feeling and can formulate complex content in a comprehensible and structured manner – in writing as oral Structured mode of operation: You work carefully and organized, keep an overview and have ideally participated in a communication or change project, for example in your studies, in a student work or in an internship. Team spirit and initiative: You like to work in the team, take responsibility for your tasks and want to help shape things.
