Social Pedagogical Team Teacher in Gera (m/f/d)

What is the topic of social pedagogical teamteaching is the simultaneous cooperation of teachers:in and social education:in a school class and thus the networking of youth assistance and school in practice. The aim is to compensate for social disadvantages and to overcome individual impairments among pupils.

We are looking for a class at TGS Ostschule - Europaschule in Gera:n Sozialpädagogische:n Teamteacher:in (m/w/d) from 01.08.2026 . The agency is funded by the European Social Fund Plus and is limited until 31.07.2027 (with a view to further promotion). Tasks • Social education support for pupils • Combining learning material content with elements of social learning • Joint implementation of differentiated learning content and individual promotion • Multi-professional cooperation in tandem, with instructors, school management and other teachers: • Cooperation with stakeholders and interdisciplinary case management • Cooperation with relevant network partners:inside • Participation in the overall concept “Social Educational Teamteaching”

What we are looking for • Completion as a social pedagogue:in, educator:in or comparable • Experience in pedagogical work with children and adolescents and in the implementation of social pedagogical methods in the school context • Safe handling of challenging situations in school and conflict resolution competence • Empathy, communicative strength, intercultural competence and team skills • Standing for professional development and training
