Junior Operations Manager/in (m/f/d)

You take the operational control of our vehicles along their entire vehicle lifecycle and are responsible for the processes for your brands and partners: In the Infleeting area, you control the process from the vehicle delivery by the manufacturers to the delivery to our customers. In the Defleeting area, you are responsible for the process from vehicle return to remarketing. In doing so, you coordinate the cooperation with manufacturers, admission points and compound partners, ensure compliance with agreed dates and continuously work to make vehicles available as early as possible. Partner Management: You are the face of FINN operations towards our partners (e.g. OEMs, logistics service providers, compounds). You build trusted relationships and make sure that processes run perfectly and promises are adhered to. In case of deviations, you recognize bottlenecks early, address them and develop sustainable solutions together to ensure the quality and speed of our processes. Process optimization: You identify potential improvements in our processes and work closely with other teams to ensure continuous optimization, scaling and automation.

Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as a car businessman/woman, ideally supplemented by a further education (e.g. economic, logistics or automotive specialist:in), or a completed study in automotive, business administration or logistics/ supply chain. Ideally, first professional experience, e.g. in operations, forwarding or logistics, ideally in a fast-paced environment, e.g. start-up. You work very structured, with attention to detail, and keep an overview. You have fun in questioning and optimizing processes. It is easy for you to build a trusting relationship with partner companies. Even if you don't run all around, you'll stay in line with results and keep a cool head. Very good German (C2) and good English (B2).

This position is located in Munich, with the flexibility to work partly from the Home Office (within Germany). After agreement, work from outside the EU is possible for a certain time.
