Senior Product Manager – Collections (m/f/d)

As a senior product manager, you are the driving force for your team and take responsibility for our collection and shrimp systems – from the product vision to the clear, feasible roadmap to achieve business and customer-oriented results. You make sure that the products are in line with the collections strategy, regulatory requirements and global orientation. In doing so, you’re a prioritized backlog and you’re setting impulses for a successful implementation. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of our systems, including essential releases and regulatory changes. Through close cooperation with internal and external partners as well as through structured tests, acceptances and documentation, you will ensure a high-quality operational operation. As a central contact person, you bring IT, architecture, external service providers and other partners to a denominator and work closely with Collections Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Analytics. In cross-border initiatives, you represent local requirements, ensure compliance with global standards and escalate proactive target conflicts. You will help shape the further development of the collections area within the framework of the Global Target Operating Model, identify needs for action and guide concrete harmonisation measures. In doing so, you keep in mind regulatory and internal requirements (e.g. MaRisk, outsourcing and data governance requirements), accompany audits and reviews and ensure that risks and Findings are made transparent and consistently addressed.

Completed studies in economics, finance, mathematics or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in a complex, regulated environment Funded understanding of collections, credit risk or adjacent banking processes of advantage Experience in the cross-border management of system implementations and complex change initiatives Ability to translate strategic goals into clear, implementable backlogs and delivery plans Secure stakeholder management in local and global matrix organisations as well as the drive and energy to mobilise teams in a targeted manner Structured, result-oriented working and sovereignty to make prioritization decisions Openness for cultural diversity in an international environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
