As a senior product manager, you are the driving force for your team and take responsibility for our collection and shrimp systems – from the product vision to the clear, feasible roadmap to achieve business and customer-oriented results. You make sure that the products are in line with the collections strategy, regulatory requirements and global orientation. Completed studies in economics, finance, mathematics or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in a complex, regulated environment Funded understanding of collections, credit risk or adjacent banking processes of advantage Experience in the cross-border management of system implementations and complex change initiatives Ability to translate strategic goals into clear, implementable backlogs and delivery plans Secure stakeholder management in local and global matrix organisations as well as the drive and energy to mobilise teams in a targeted manner Structured, result-oriented working and sovereignty to make prioritization decisions Openness for cultural diversity in an international environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
