To build a professional financial organization at holding level, we are looking for the right hand of our CEO/CFO. In this key role, you actively shape the financial management of our group and work closely with the management at strategic level from the outset.

Responsibility for monthly financial reporting to shareholders Preparation and moderation of reporting meetings with the managing directors of the holdings incl. Recommendations for action Control of the budget and forecast process at group level Building scaling finance structures, tools and processes (e.g. consolidation, BI, ERP standardization) Drivers for Digitalization and Automation in Finance Further development of a group-wide metric and reporting framework Liquidity planning, cash management and banking relations at group level Support for tax and structural issues in close coordination with consultants Cooperation with investment decisions, M&A and strategic finance topics Creation of ad hoc analyses and decision templates for CFO/CEO Perspective setup and leadership of your own team

2–7 years of experience in corporate controlling, transaction services, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or consulting with finance focus Very good understanding in Accounting and Controlling (HGB, Group Accounting of Advantage) Strong analytical, safe in Excel; Experience with BI tools, ERP systems or consolidation software (e.g. DATEV) Entrepreneurial mindset with pleasure in structure building Communication strength at management and company level “Hands-on” mentality with high implementation strength Very good German and good English skills Ambition to further develop Head of Group Controlling / Finance Director
