The Facility Management (FM) at DLR is a senior partner of the institutes and institutions for all FM topics.

Within our facility management of the West region, at the Cologne-Porz location, you are a CAD and BIM specialist and also a specialist in safety-relevant plans. Your tasks Implementation of a consistent application and maintenance and management of CAD documentation Deployment and control of external specialist companies for the provision of CAD services and processing of tasks within the framework of CAFM applications Further development of CAD instruments (e.g. responsibilities) Management and quality control of BIM models Further development of BIM instruments (e.g. responsibilities, automated testing procedures) Creation of technical drawings and safety-relevant plans (flight and rescue plans, fire plans, running maps)

completed university studies (Bachelor/FH Diploma) in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, economic informatics construction or construction, or other studies relevant to the activity, or alternatively equivalent specialist knowledge and detectable relevant professional experience Knowledge about BIM roles and their tasks as well as experience with BIM work and creation of BAP and AIA very good knowledge in the operation of CAD programs and in 3D /BIM modeling as well as knowledge of BIM collaborative tools and Common Data Environment (CDE) such as BIMCollab, Autodesk Collaboration Cloud or A. and tools for collision testing (e.g. Solibri) well-founded knowledge of CAFM software systems, in particular with regard to data exchange with and integration of CAD plans and BIM models Knowledge of standards for data exchange regulations (BIM profiles according to CAFM ring, DIN Spec 91555, BIM-Meta) proven training for the professional person for escape and rescue plans, fire plans and tickets according to DIN ISO 23601 Remuneration takes place according to qualifications and assignments up to 9c TVöD.
