BUSINESS PRODUCTION (m/w/d) FOOD INDUSTRY

Responsibility for a strong production area. Together with your team leaders, you carry around 100 employees in several layers and ensure a smooth and efficient production process. Total responsibility for the operational control and strategic further development of the “Schneiden & Packaging” production area. Ensuring efficient, reliable and quality-oriented production processes as well as a smooth organization in daily business. Together with your team leaders, you will lead with clarity and commitment, strengthen cooperation, promote ownership and ensure a reliable organization in the daily business. Detect, evaluate and implement concrete improvement measures together with the responsible interfaces. Actively shape investment and cost decisions and keep in mind the economic viability of the production sector. Continuously advance projects for the automation, digitization and efficiency of production and develop them together with the specialist areas.

Education: Complete degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, food technology or comparable qualification Know-how: Multiannual experience in the management of production areas - ideally in the food industry, sound knowledge in lean management, process optimization and continuous improvement as well as experience with ERP systems and investment and cost planning Embossed understanding of hygiene, quality and safety requirements in the production environment Experience in leadership and development of teams as well as the ability to inspire different people for common goals You like to take responsibility, meet decisions with a wide view and tackle challenges pragmatically. With your hands-on mentality, your technical understanding and your solution-oriented way, you actively drive changes and remain sovereign in challenging situations. German knowledge and good English skills and communication skills complete your profile
