MAG/MIG welder (m/f/d)

For a well-known customer company in Lübtheen we are looking for an experienced welder MAG / MIG in full time. They perform demanding welding work in the field of black steel and stainless steel. The position offers you an attractive compensation package, up to 30 days of holiday and a safe workplace in fixed position.

Tasks

• Black steel and stainless steel welded by welding methods 135 (MAG) and 136
• Select workpieces, optimal electrodes and welding parameters
• use MAG welding device and produce stable welds, even in forced positions such as overhead or vertical
• Continuous monitoring of the quality of welds and finishing
• Consistent protection measures and safeguards
• Regular maintenance and control of welding equipment
• Read and understand technical drawings
• Handle plasma cutter professionally
• safely operate cranes and lifting devices

Requirements

• Complete training in the field of metal or comparable qualification with valid welder passes for procedures 135 and 136
• Very precise and careful operation and independent and structured work
• readiness to install inserts within Germany
• Reliability, teamability, flexibility and strong quality awareness
• communication skills, adaptability to changing tasks, sense of responsibility (required)
• Professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility (requestable)
• Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings (requestable)
• experience in handling plasma cutters and cranes and lifting devices (required)
• MAG welding certificate (required)
• Good knowledge of German (required)
