Management as project manager or cooperation as project team member in internal project teams: In the project responsibility you take over the technical management and control of project teams As a project team member, you take part in the project and work closely with the project manager as well as the other participants in the team on the projects.

You take over project management services in construction projects and are active in controlling The clarification and achievement of the objectives with regard to dates, costs and qualities, the organization of the building and execution, the procurement strategy and the contracting, the taxes and quality assurance of the design and execution participants fall into your area of responsibility until project success In stakeholder management, you work constructively with all internal and external stakeholders You are regularly on site as a contact person and advise the user on project-specific questions During the execution, you can assure the quality of the services of the freelance workers and of the executive works at the construction site

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/ Master) preferably in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or comparable. Further requirements: Ideally, you have a multi-year professional experience in the construction industry or real estate industry, experience in project management of several projects is desirable Ideally, you have an additional professional qualification in the field of project management (DVP or the like) You bring knowledge of the application of relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, RBBau, etc.) You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office including Project, Project Communication Systems) and open to the application of SAP Its distinct competence in the management of the cooperation of various stakeholders is just as important as your target orientation and motivation You bring safe German knowledge, which at least correspond to the language level C1 (currently in word and writing) and have a driving licence of class B as well as the readiness to service (pool vehicle) in NRW

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E10 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
