Offer creation: You create, calculate and track sales offers and actively contribute to the successful customer acquisition and retention. Active marketing of our services: You present and position our services on the market and attract new customers for AZS. Maintenance and updating of customers and sales data in the CRM: You collect and maintain relevant information and thus ensure a structured and efficient sales work. Support & further development of existing customer relationships: You support our existing customers, build cooperation and contribute to long-term customer loyalty. Collection and maintenance of customer orders in IT systems: You place customer orders on the system side, carefully maintain relevant data and ensure complete and correct order processing. Resource and term capacity planning: You plan ahead capacities and ensure optimal, timely transport of customer orders according to agreed specifications. Auditing of invoices and invoice preparation: You carefully control input invoices and prepare output invoices properly for further processing.

Basic knowledge & first logistics experience: You have basic commercial knowledge and have practical experience in logistics and ideally have a basic technical understanding. Service orientation & communication strength: You stand against customers: inside service-oriented, binding and solution-oriented and keep a cool head even in case of high transport volumes or short-term changes. Structured mode of operation: You work reliably, organized and independently and ensure careful work. Team skills: You are happy to work in the team, agree closely with internal interfaces and contribute to a smooth run in the daily business through reliable and supportive cooperation.
