We are looking for a demand manager (ISP), which is responsible for the successful implementation of IT requirements of the ISP Leonet in cooperation with the central group IT of the UGG. The role encompasses the translation of business requirements of the ISP disciplines in understandable, implementable and testable IT requirements for Group IT as well as ensuring project success from demand perspective. The placeholder generally acts as an interface between the ISP and the group IT.

Your task: First contact for Leonet's specialist areas when requesting and implementing IT developments Technical requirements management of the supervised departments Identification of high-level requirements and design of resulting concepts and detail requirements for IT Advice on IT topics and development of first customer-specific solutions Support in prioritizing and planning IT requirements in the project context Creating the development project, independent control and ensuring project success Control of central IT as a service provider of the ISP and implementation of improvements in tools, equipment and processes in the sense of Leonet Support in the design of a transparent project sequence through careful documentation of project steps and application of project management methods and tools, as well as further development and optimization of internal and external business processes

Competence: Graduate or completed training / further education in the field of computer science, IT management, demand management, business informatics or similar qualification Mind. 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry Funded knowledge in request analysis, IT-demand management, IT project management Good expertise and high affinity for IT topics, IT processes and corporate IT In dealing with MS Office as well as JIRA, Confluence or comparable project management tools Experience in implementing and managing projects, ideally in the telecommunications environment Soft skills: Embossed communication skills in a cross-functional setup Hands-on mentality Solution-oriented and analytical thinking and good communication skills Structured, independent and reliable operation with very good time and project management Very good German knowledge and reliable English
