We are looking for you as part of a six-month compulsory internship (practice semester) for our staff management team. We are an innovative company of the Sparkassen Financial Group. Our team of over 350 dedicated employees is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, the savings banks. In our HR department, we provide advice to employees and executives in all personnel matters. We manage the day-to-day business and, among other things, ensure recruiting and personnel development. In addition, we carry out various strategic personnel projects. As part of your practical semester, you will get a comprehensive and varied insight into human resources management.

You will get a comprehensive insight into our recruiting, participate in interviews and support in daily applicant management. You are actively involved in our personnel development, take seminar applications or organize in-house training. As part of the staff administration, you can take part, for example, in the handling of employees' entry and exits. You support us in the day-to-day operations of staff support. If necessary, you will accompany measures in the field of data/working & health protection.

Your business studies, preferably with the focus on staff, are already advanced. You bring interest in a comprehensive insight into the work of staff. After an introduction, you take your tasks independently. Your personality is open and organizational. You are characterized by your commitment, commitment and flexibility.
