Your tasks Advising management, executives and employees on all issues of occupational and health protection and environmental issues Ensuring the implementation of legal requirements according to ArbSchG, ASiG, BetrSichV and GefStoffV as well as BImSchG, KrWG and WHG Implementation, coordination and updating of risk assessments including derivation and effectiveness control of protective measures Examination of accidents at work and incidents and introduction of appropriate prevention measures Performance of Function as Environmental, Waste and Water Protection Officer (m/w/d) including Authorities Communication and Audit Management Your profile Completed study in the field of occupational safety, environmental protection or a scientific-technical study with corresponding additional qualification Complete training as a specialist for occupational safety in accordance with § 7 ASiG as well as several years of experience in legally regulated environmental and mandate functions (e.g. BImSchG, § 59 KrWG, § 64 WHG) Multiannual professional experience in industry, chemistry, energy, plant engineering or comparable environment Knowledge of working and environmental law, in particular ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV and relevant environmental legislation Experience in implementing legal requirements and in dealing with authorities, professional associations and audits Structured, self-responsible operation with high consulting competence Flowing German knowledge and very good English skills
