As a production employee (m/w/d) – production assistants and plant employees – you support the smooth process in production. In this role, it is important that you work carefully, pack with and keep an overview.

• You take simple activities in production and make sure that workflows interact cleanly.
• Material is prepared, tested and passed on to the right places.
• During production, you pay attention to quality, cleanliness and a decent workplace.
• Small handles on machines or systems are part of this as well as support during refitting or refitting of material.
• Manufacturing products are controlled, sorted and provided for further processing.
• In the team, you work closely with colleagues and contribute to a stable production process.
• The use in the production environment is clearly structured and offers you a direct entry with good practical reference.

A reliable entry into production is sought, where ready-to-use, care and a practical working style count. The job fits you well if you like to work with your hands and understand processes quickly.

• First experience in production is helpful, but no need.
• You work concentrated, reliable and bring a good quality awareness.
• A careful handling of materials and work equipment is obvious to you.
• Team skills and a clear, practical way of working help you in this role.
• Weakness and rapid understanding are advantageous for the daily process.
• You can handle clear specifications and recurring activities easily.
