IT Inhouse Consultant - Microsoft 365 / IoT (m/f/d)

Digital process design: You develop solutions that significantly improve internal communication, cooperation and processes - from analysis to implementation. Automation potentials: You recognize optimisation opportunities, shape your requirements and implement company-wide digitalization measures. Tool Management: You will support, manage and optimise our digital collaboration applications and services with a focus on Microsoft 365. System integration: You ensure that applications, IoT solutions and OT systems communicate with each other in a stable manner – from production-oriented data acquisition to the transfer of structured interfaces. Enablement & Training: You support specialist areas in the introduction of digital working methods, guide workshops and strengthen the acceptance of new solutions. Guidelines & Documentation: You develop concepts, best practices and ensure a clear, comprehensible process documentation.

Experience & qualification: You have a degree or a comparable qualification as well as experience in digitization or M365 projects. Technical understanding: You feel at home in the industrial or production-related environment and ideally bring experience with IoT, OT or MDE systems and their integration into existing IT landscapes. Microsoft-365 expertise: You work safely with M365, SharePoint and modern development environments such as Power Platform or low-code solutions. Analytical Strength: You can quickly capture complex processes and translate them into clear, digital process structures. Communication & moderation: You are confidently moving between IT, technology and specialist areas and know the needs of users. Own initiative: You think solution-oriented, go proactively on themes and enjoy making visible improvements.
