Senior Consultant SAP RE-FX (S/4HANA) im Team Finance & Regulatory (m/f/d)

SAP RE-FX is far more than classic real estate management. You shape digital processes around contract, real estate and finance topics and translate professional requirements into integrated SAP solutions. Your focus is on SAP RE-FX in the S/4HANA environment, especially for the insurance and financial industry. In doing so, you combine process understanding with finance know-how and ensure that technical requirements also match systemically. Understanding processes: Requirements for contract management, real estate and finance are structured and translated into sustainable RE-FX concepts. Design solutions: You develop integrated process designs. You make sure that RE-FX plays with FI, main book, debitors, creditors, asset accounting and the Universal Journal. Customizen: Contract types, conditions and booking logics develop and optimise and thus ensure consistent process and system logic. Accounting: Requirements for the balance sheet mapping of leasing ratios according to IFRS 16 and HGB are implemented professionally and technically. Transform: For S/4HANA transformations, you will accompany our customers from conversion to Greenfield to Selective Data Transition. Data migration and quality assurance are also your tasks. Thinking about Cloud: First experiences with SAP cloud solutions will help you develop your know-how in modern SAP landscapes. Advise: From requirement to implementation, you accompany customers, ask the right questions and find solutions that are both technical and technical.

SAP RE-FX: multi-year project experience in customizing and further developing SAP RE-FX Process understanding: experience with contract, real estate or finance processes – ideally in connection with RE-FX; your background does not have to come exclusively from classic real estate management

S/4HANA Finance: very good knowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting and FI-CO Integration

Leasing Balance: sound understanding of IFRS 16 and HGB

Industry understanding: knowledge of the technical and regulatory requirements of the insurance and financial industry

Transformation and Migration: Experience with S/4HANA projects, in particular Conversion, Greenfield or Selective Data Transition, as well as data migration, e.g. via Migration Cockpit or LTMC

Additional module: good knowledge in at least one further SAP module, such as FI/CO, MM, SD or PS

Cloud: First Experience with SAP Cloud Solutions

Qualification: completed studies in economics, economic informatics or comparable qualifications

Languages: German Treatable (C1) and English fluent
