(Senior) AI Portfoliomanager (m/f/d)

Strategic management of the AI portfolio management with responsibility for the orientation and further development of the AI portfolio strategy based on defined AI target images in line with the Bank’s business and digitization strategy Management of the AI-Use-Case portfolio including control of the end-to-end selection process for AI-Use-Cases - from technical evaluation and business-potential analysis to prioritization to transparent, structured documentation for management decisions Sparring partner for top management in the design, preparation and implementation of KI-COO dialogues with a clear focus on business impact, risk / chance assessment and strategic portfolio decisions Business-oriented ecosystem connection by building and maintaining a relevant network of AI ecosystems, investors, start-ups, technology partners and competitors with the aim of identifying early business potentials, trends and differentiation approaches for the bank Development of co-creation and partnership models through identification, evaluation and initiation of strategic co-creation approaches and cooperations for the joint development and scaling of AI-based business and service models Operational control of the GenKI Management Board with responsibility for agenda setting, ensuring resilient decision documents, coordination with key stakeholders, tracking and implementation of decisions

Successfully completed studies of economics, business informatics, data & business analytics or a comparable discipline; further qualification (e.g. MBA, PhD) is advantageous Influential professional experience in a senior role in the environment of strategy, portfolio management, digitalization or (AI) innovation - ideally in the financial services or consulting environment Very good understanding of artificial intelligence and, in particular, generic AI in their business context (use cases, value contributions, chances/risks, governance) - technical detailed knowledge is advantageous, but not mandatory Impressive ability to identify business potentials of AI solutions, to transfer them into resilient business cases and to represent them convincingly to management and departments routine in cooperation with top management bodies (e.g. boards, steering committees) and in the preparation of decision-making documents Strong strategic conceptual skills, coupled with a high degree of implementation strength and pragmatism Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to act as savings partners at eye level with different disciplines, IT and external partners High affinity for innovation, ecosystems and partnerships (start-ups, investors, technology partners) as well as the pleasure of driving new topics and anchoring them in the company
