Take care of the strategic orientation of our centralized R&B and Event Operations Department Develops standardized R&B trainings and performs them for all our hotels Our bar, kitchen and buffet planning and support when installing the POS Take our quality standards to a new level: With regular Deep Dives and Site Visits, you make sure that our food offer always stays on a top level Are the interface to the best R&B scales and partners: by conducting price and contract negotiations, organising new suppliers for new openings and efficiently manags supply chain problems Digitalizes and optimizes our operational and administrative processes in the fields of R&B and Event Operations Develop and implement measures to reduce costs in purchasing within your areas
