Responsible response to customer bank information requests with regard to regulatory and contractual compliance Requirements and corresponding documentation. Conduct and moderation of audit talks with the auditors of the customer banks (and supervisory authorities), including sound professional preparation and follow-up Regular coordination with customer banks on current and new regulatory requirements as well as derivation of necessary measures and further development of strategic customer communication Function as a central interface: close coordination with various departments for coordinating audits, revisions and processing of customer findings for a uniform external communication with customer banks and supervisory authorities Further development, standardization and documentation of processes, guidelines and controls to strengthen the compliance management system in the banking industry Support for internal compliance projects.

Successfully completed studies or commercial training (bank, insurance, financial service provider, law firm etc.) or comparable qualification At least three years of relevant professional experience in the financial, administrative or IT service industry in customer contact Knowledge in the financial sector is advantageous (especially with regard to regulatory requirements) Very good communication skills as well as a high degree of organisational skills, sense of responsibility and service orientation Enthusiasm and independent, structured and professional work Very good German and good English skills
