BIM Operations Expert (m/f/d)

In order to support our team in the surveying and geodata department, we are looking for you as a specialist in BIM (w/m/d).

Development and development of a digital twin for operating systems Management and structuring of inventory, operating and plant data Development and implementation of the BIM method for operational and conservation management Conception of BIM applications, process standards and cutting points Advice, training and support for specialist areas in the introduction and application of BIM in operation

Completed scientific university studies (Dipl.-Ing. or Master) in the field of constructive engineering, facility management, technical building equipment or equivalent skills and experience Long-standing practical experience in BIM, engineering, operation or facility management High levels of innovation and above-average communication skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2)

That would be desirable: Long-standing practical experience and safe handling of specialist software (CAD systems from the constructive field, BIM coordination software, GIS systems) Practical experience with the creation of 3D CAD models Experience in interdisciplinary project processing and collaboration tools

Group of charges: E13 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
