Social Worker as Specialist Accompanying Service (m/f/d)

VIA Blumenfisch gGmbH is a subsidiary of VIA. It offers jobs for people with disabilities and promotes rehabilitation in all phases of vocational education at five Berlin locations. These include the Gästehaus and Schullandheim Blumenfisch am Groß Wannsee, the Blumenfisch Gartenbau in Kreuzberg, the Atelier Blumenfisch with the two specialist shops, Blumenfisch floristik and Blumenfisch Design & Souvenirs in Prenzlauer Berg as well as the workshops in Weißensee and Schöneberg. The profile also includes services, craft services and individual production facilities for clients from retail, gastronomy and the creative sector. In order to strengthen the team at our Berlin Schöneberg plant, we are looking for an accompanying service from July 2027

You have a successfully completed study of social work or an equivalent qualification You have experience in dealing with people with impairments and mental illnesses Experience in crisis intervention is desirable You are characterized by a well-structured and independent way of working Patience, empathy and binding appearance are among your strengths a high level of social competence and an appreciative approach are of course Teamability, resilience and organisational and coordination skills complete your profile
