About the company

Our customer is an internationally successful production company with around 1,200 employees in the beautiful region Weilheim-Schongau. The company develops, produces and sells connectors for automotive, telecom and industrial automation. Our customer stands for innovative strength, trust and respect. In the Controlling department, you design and maintain the controlling systems that provide results-oriented corporate management and act as an active business partner that supports both management and the departments. In addition, you act as Sparring Partner from the perspective of financial & strategic control. Support and further development of reporting in production controlling Participation in the creation of KPIs and targets and their ongoing monitoring Participation in the planning of personnel costs and the determination of hourly rates Determination and maintenance of aggregates for calculations and inventory assessment Determination and analysis of nominal actual deviations in the production cost range Support in identifying optimization and cost reduction potentials Creation of economic analysis and investment calculations Support for cost accounting Contact persons for all internal areas and for the foreign subsidiaries in all relevant questions about production controlling

Complete studies in the field of business or industrial engineering with professional experience in the production controlling of an industrial company or comparable qualification High process understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes Excellent ERP and MS Office skills; good knowledge of SAP R3 (CO, MM) and experience with BI tools desirable Good knowledge of German and English Own initiative, resilience, flexibility, independent & systematic functioning and the ability to actively initiate and accompany changes
