Team Leader Architecture-/Requirements Management (m/f/d)

As a team leader (m/w/d) ''Architecture-/Req.Mgt.'' you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a highly qualified team in the field of Shelter Systems. You actively shape the technological basis of modern, mobile IT infrastructure for national and multinational operations. Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in complex and possibly hybrid areas of responsibility Advising the management of the business unit in resource and cost planning, personnel planning and promotion/qualification of the directly assigned employees Cooperation in defining the business unit strategy and developing the team strategy Track market/customer development and relevant technology trends and, where appropriate, Defining implementation measures Generating new process, project or product ideas in coordination with the higher level Managing customers and partners at relevant management level Working closely with the Department Manager on strategic personnel needs development Continuous development of professional know-how in the team Monitoring of associated projects according to plan specifications, initiation of counter-control measures in case of deviations Supporting the management of the business unit in the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of initiatives, offers and project progress and other projects Technical support and technological advice of productive organisational units in their acquisition activities Participation in the creation of offers according to the offer process

Complete university studies of a technical subject Very long-term professional experience (> 10 years), versatile and including several years in the field of security and defence Deep experience in the environment Requirements Engineering Funded knowledge about Sparx Enterprise Architect Knowledge of common tools (e.g. DOORS, JIRA, MS-Project, Require.7) In-depth knowledge in the field of system integration Evidence of continuous training and qualification Very good German knowledge in word and writing and good English knowledge in word and writing (min. level B1) Deep experience in dealing with architecture standards and best practices, such as design patterns Strongly sound knowledge of system engineering, process management and model-based system development Good knowledge of the organization of the military customer Enforcement and implementation strength also in critical decisions Experience in the management of subprojects, projects and project teams as well as expertise in team management and communication
