Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the professional, organisational and economic development of the outpatient, stationary and partially stationary care areas Leadership and development of five nursing services as well as promotion of trustful and constructive cooperation within the management teams Active participation of the corporate strategy as a member of the three-member management, including common target and budget planning Ensuring the quality of care and optimising existing processes and structures, in particular in personnel deployment planning and development Accompanying digitalization and change processes as well as developing innovative care and training concepts, in particular in dementia care and family consultancy

Complete study of nursing sciences, nursing management or a comparable discipline as well as a qualification for nursing services Multiannual management experience in care, ideally with responsibility for several institutions or services Funded economic and strategic understanding Experience or strong interest in the design of change processes, digitization and innovative training concepts High leadership and communication skills combined with a clear, supportive and value-adding leadership style Decision-making, organisational skills and empathy as well as the joy of taking responsibility with others and developing sustainable solutions
