You control internal communication at division level and subordinate business units. To this end, You develop strategies to target messages, maintain the division image and respond to changes. You independently create appropriate communications and use existing means of communication. Tasks of the body Strategic planning and implementation of internal communication measures Creation and target group-oriented preparation of complex content with a journalistic sense - especially in the context of change processes and projects Supporting projects through suitable communication formats to provide relevant information to the correct target groups Design, development and introduction of creative ideas to continuously improve internal communication, promote dialogue and create transparency in the company Cooperation with intra-group departments (e.g. communications, corporate and division marketing) to coordinate and optimise all measures and to obtain releases Own organisation and implementation of contributions as Intranet editor Own creation of messages (e.g. suspensions, handouts, digital formats) Attention and implementation of corporate design according to brand guidelines

Completed studies, ideally in communication sciences, media sciences, journalism or comparable discipline Professional experience in (internal) corporate communication Previous knowledge of Defence desirable Impressed editorial competence, as well as the ability to prepare complex content structured and target group-oriented Very good knowledge of office applications and knowledge in supporting creative programs Organizational talent and experience in dealing with different internal stakeholders Creativity and strong sense of communication and current trends Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Worldwide readiness to travel (especially in the context of trade fairs)
