Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Your job:

As a nursing consultant on the phone, you are the first contact point for the care needs and their relatives with us. These include, for example, questions about care insurance services, as well as tips on pensioners or looking for outpatient or stationary facilities. In addition to organizing, you will also consult on psychosocial issues and promote the autonomy of the nursing people and their relatives.

Your profile:

• You are an experienced nursing specialist (w/m/d), you have an alternative training as a social security specialist or a study of social education. Social work with corresponding professional experience.
• They are empathic and binding in your appearance and understand how to put clients at the heart of your conversation with their needs.
• You can quickly find yourself in unforeseen and constantly changing situations.
• They are familiar with digital applications.
• You are looking for a meaningful work with social relevance.
