Continuous Improvement of Material Compliance Process Internal and external correspondence, e.g. with customers and suppliers as well as internal stakeholders, as part of material compliance Compensation of WISKA products with customer requests and determination of the substances used in these products, for customer compliance Creation of MC documentation (IHMs, Full Material Declarations, REACH, RoHS, POP, Cal. Prop 65, TSCA, etc.) Search for material compliance regulations and maintenance of internal expertise Maintenance and updating of the SCIP database Coordination of implementation activities resulting from material compliance requirements and laws Internal contact for material compliance topics Support of the QHSE team, on topics such as environmental management and occupational safety

Technical or commercial training with corresponding additional qualification Good organizational and pronounced communication/analytical skills Specialized training on rules such as REACH, RoHS and Conflict Minerals, or further training on material compliance specialist (m/w/d) or the like Experience and knowledge of management systems Professional experience in quality (e.g. quality management (m/w/d) or QMB (m/w/d)) / risk management or relevant experience in compliance are desirable Safe handling of MS Office applications Basic knowledge of SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
