nature-protection project management and participation, in particular in infrastructure projects of the energy and transport transition Completion of the Naturschutzrechts Interventionsordnung and the Landscaping Regulation ''Green Belts and Green Trains of the City of Frankfurt am Main''' comprehensive technical and legal advice, examination and decision as well as drafting of opinions in the context of complex environmental and environmental protection applications and participation procedures Development of expert opinions on violations of environmental and environmental legislation Monitoring and control tasks with regard to intervention prevention and compensation Research, preparation and maintenance of technical and legal issues and developments on topics relevant to nature conservation (basic activity) Interface activities with the subject areas of the department, e.g. on the fields of species conservation, tree protection, persecution of unauthorized natural interventions Processing parliamentary enquiries Representation of natural and legal concerns in project and working groups, bodies and coordination groups Participation in digitalization processes

completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of landscape architecture or a comparable field with landscape planners with three years of professional experience as many years as possible in a nature conservation authority, in a specialist planning office or an authority or a promoter safe application-related knowledge of nature conservation law, in particular in the intervention regulation (BNatSchG, HeNatG, KV Hessen) good expertise in the field of protected goods relevant to nature very good written and oral expressability strong competence in self-confident and winning conversation and sovereign appearance strong communication, cooperation and team skills a high level of assessment and decision-making comprehensive operational readiness for tasks and stress resistance Individual initiative, reliability and the ability to meet changing requirements and new tasks safe handling of current MS Office programs Diversity competence
